Unlike the iRobot Roomba®, the UBOT, an artificial intelligence navigation cleaning robot that not only vacuums, but it also scrubs and wet mops the floor on a single pass using invisible two dimensional barcode systems. The UBOT navigate by reading invisible barcodes on the hard floors. It allows the UBOT to perform cleaning task fast and efficient, which lead of less battery power use. Also, it automatically returns to the docking station to recharge regardless of the location.

The UBOT comes with preprogrammed cleaning modes:

1. Full Cleaning Mode allows UBOT to clean a large area using different types of cleaning methods
2. Spot Cleaning Mode allows UBOT to effectively clean a 1m x 1m (1.1yd x 1.1 yd) size square area
3. Corner Cleaning Mode allows UBOT to only clean the corners by following the wall.
