When we would not comply he threatened to post negative comments all over the Internet. We have never sold a unit to a “Keith Williams”. I had a nightmare experience with these guys. If your dispenser breaks, pray to God, Allah, Buddah, or whatever that you will be able to get it fixed, and expect to pay a lot of return shipping. Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a company, which is bizarre because they are a small company, and are trying to sell their patent on this device. It is a really cool device... until it breaks. My friend has gone through three of them, and they don't last more than 4 months. Mine broke, and they say its not repairable.
