The Logisys Optical Finger Mouse straps to your finger tip and uses an 800dpi laser to control cursor movement on nearly any surface (except highly reflective sufaces, of course). In addition to controlling cursor movement, the finger mouse also has a scroll wheel and left/right mouse buttons, easily clickable using your thumb. The major upside to this device is that it allows you to keep your fingers at their keying positions while also controlling cursor movement. The downside, it is not yet available in a wireless version and keeps you strapped to your PC via the USB cable. For only $20, this new gadget is definately worth a test drive.
