The Float And Lever Rain Gauge collects rainwater using a 7″ glass cylinder calibrated to raise a float which tilts a lever that points to a number indicating inches of rain collected. A thumb screw at the bottom of the cylinder allows you to fine-tune the lever to zero. The gauge is made of solid brass and stainless steel that won’t peel, rust, or flake. Loosening the brass finial that secures the gauge to its supporting rod allows the gauge to move with the wind.
