The SpotBot has two cleaning modes: hands-free and manual. In hands-free mode, just fill with water and cleaning fluid, select your stain type, and then walk away. For larger stains or for stains in areas where the unit will not reach (like stairs), use manual mode and the included brush that attaches to the hose.
