I ordered direct form the eat me crunchy website. I received the item through the post and when I opened it (a few weeks later admittedly, however it was a birthday present) I found that it was both broken and had a hole in the side. Given the state of the packaging (not nearly good enough to go through Royal Mail) I assume this damage was done in the post.

I contacted the website twice to try to resolve this matter and have not had any response back to date.

I'm really disappointed they couldn't help, I really wouldn't recommend dealing with them, if they don't reply to emails regarding customer satisfaction then I'm not sure how professional an outfit they are.
