The Big Easy Oil-less Turkey Fryer

Char-Broil’s new infrared oil-less turkey fryer, “The Big Easy”, is the safe way to fry your turkey this Thanksgiving. It’s just like a turkey fryer, minus the boiling, hot oil and visits from your local firefighters. It’s faster than a smoker, grill or conventional oven, and can safely cook turkey, chicken, roasts and most large cuts of meat up to 16 pounds, all in about 8 to 10 minutes per pound. The infrared heat circles the cooker to penetrate the meat evenly and seal in juices. The result is a bird that’s moist inside and crispy outside but without the risk, hassle or added fat and calories of oil.
The Big Easy includes a cooking basket and meat thermometer and features:
- Enclosed burner design with 18,000 BTU’s
- Rotary Ignition
- Cool-touch handles
- Pull-out grease tray
- Wipe-clean stainless steel cooking chamber

I would like to know if the Char-Broil oil-less fryer will fry cut up chicken??
I wouldn’t see why not Mary. You may have to experiment a little but, it’s a great idea. Now I’m hungry…
