A couple of posts back we talked about the Tooth Toothbrush Holder. Well, we got some feedback and Derrick pointed out that “open holders are not the ideal way to store your toothbrush (although this particular one looked cool). Flies, dust, and poop particles can contaminate your toothbrush head when its exposed.” He tipped us onto the Flipper Toothbrush Holder.
Pretty simple, but smart concept. The Flipper sticks to wall using suction cups and with a press of a button, the French doors open up. Just slide your toothbrush in and the doors close automatically, keeping the brush hidden away like a car in its garage. When you are ready to use again, just pull on the brush handle and it pops right out. Great item for the kids and it comes in all sorts of colors and icons.

I was a little skeptical and hesitant but I purchased a couple of these toothbrush holders that the Container Store was selling as part of their Christmas stocking stuffer items for a limited time. They were sold out in a matter of days at Container Store and I fell in love with them. Fortunately I did an online search afterwards and found Flipper. I ordered 4 more. Now everyone is jealous when they see it and I have to order a bunch more for all our relatives.
It’s really simple and comes in many designs to please everyone. It covers the toothbrush head to keep germs and dust off. It also has ventilation holes so the head dries completely between uses, also a hygiene concern. And if you’ve ever used a toothbrush holder that’s like a cup you just stick the handle in, you’d notice that they don’t dry completely and you start getting mold and mildew in the holder and slowly creeping up the brush. gross! These are awesome in every way.
