The days of the front door peephole may be numbers with the new Digital version. The Digital Door Viewer’s main components are a 5-3/5″ LCD monitor and digital camera. The camera is mounted on the exterior of a door and the LCD directly opposite on the inside. Installation requires only a hole drilled in the door exterior for the camera and the monitor is attached to the inside using self-tapping screws. The Door Viewer runs on 8 standard “AA” size batteries. It is completely self-contained and requires no external wiring or connections. Just press and hold the power button and see a crisp clear view of who is at the door.
