NatureMill PRO Indoor Compost Bin

I think the majority know that composting is a great way to eliminate waste in landfills while capturing great fertilizer for yourself. It reduces emissions of methane, a harmful greenhouse gas produced when organic matter decomposes in oxygen starved landfills. Most people don’t compost for several reasons: 1) it’s work 2) it takes to long 3) it smells and 4) not everyone has an outdoor space… Well, what if I told you the NatureMill Composter solved all of these issues.
The NatureMill PRO Indoor Compost Bin is an appliance that recycles its weight in waste every 10 days, diverting over two tons of waste from landfills over its life… and all of this occurs right in your home and costs less then $1 per month to run!
How does it work you ask? Deposit cut up food waste items at any time. Items remain in the upper chamber while the magic happens. Mixing, air flow, heat, and moisture are all part of this process called “Hot Composting”. The compost is later transferred through a trap door to the lower cure tray chamber, where it continues to compost while you add fresh waste items to the upper chamber.
In about 2 weeks of continuous work and you adding more material, the full light should come on. More than seventy percent of the initial waste will be gone, converting it into water vapor. What’s left is a very concentrated compost fertilizer. You can use it immediately, or leave it in a heap outdoors until you are ready to work in your garden.
This is so on my wish list this year and heck, it comes in eight different colors to match any decor. So, spend a little green to go green…

I have a Naturemill which I bought from the naturemill website. It is a really great product and I am so proud to own it. I strongly recommend it to anyone, especially if you have a garden because the compost is fantastic. I don’t have a garden but I give the compost to a neighbor down the street who just loves it. The naturemill is now available at Costco which is just super because they have a much lower price there. One word of caution – don’t overload your naturemill because it will eventually jam. Other than that there are no problems.
I have a naturemill also. It is a great product and I strongly recommend it. I bought it because the reviews on it were very good and it was also reviewed by the Wall Street JOurnal which means it must be pretty good. I just love making my own compost, and I don’t miss my worms one bit (most of them died anyway).
I have one of these and it is really a good product. I highly recommend the Naturemill compost bin. It is automatic so you don’t have to grunt and groan to mix it. And it is very clean and simple to use. We put all our leftovers, coffee grounds, stale bread, and basically any food related trash into it. The reviews say not to add paper. Another review said a small amount of paper is ok so I am not really sure about that. But overall it has been a good product and I definitely don’t say that in a lot of products that I review.
