Since I don’t have a rotisserie oven, I always thought it would be nice to have a chicken roaster pan that’s elevated to cook dishes below and cook the chicken evenly.  The All-Clad Chicken Roaster not only gives this ability but, the detachable suspension arm includes a reservoir at the arm’s tip.  Fill it with water, wine, beer or whatever to add flavor and keep the meat moist.  It’s a solid roaster pan as well.  It features an aluminum core between layers of stainless steel.  The arm supports up to 8 bounds and is 14 1/2″ x 11 3/4″ x 2 1/2″ high.
