Designed by Damian Evans for Joseph Joseph, it comes with 3 sets of removable disks that help roll the dough to a desired thickness of 2, 6 or 10 millimeters.

Like any good rolling pin, it ensures an even thickness throughout the pastry. But the added bonus is the measurements that appear on the pin itself, etched onto the beech wooden surface, so you can control the size of the pastry too (roll up to 33cm wide). Dishwasher safe.
