George Foreman grills have long since been a staple in many kitchens, helping cook up healthier low-fat meals in minutes.
But what recently caught my eye was the design of the new George Foreman All Round Compact Cooker, which looks to me like a crisp little apple with a shiny chrome top.
Anyway, this 5.75L cooker’s performance is similar to that of a slow cooker, but unique in that it provides heat from above and below, resulting in more even cooking. There’s even a digital timer built into the handle that lets you keep track of the cooking time.
And in true Foreman style, there’s even a way to drain excess fat, with a hole in the base of the unit that filters grease onto a built-in (and removeable) tray.
