True, many new computers nowadays come with webcams. But I like IPEVO’s Point 2 View (P2V) 2.0MP USB Web Camera because it gives you more options than just the standard screen-mounted perspective.
The unique stand is equipped with multiple joints so you can position it in a variety of directions, allowing the camera to capture visuals from any distance or angle.
You can also hold the camera like a pen, and literally point to view anything you like. But if you’re a fan of the standard chat perspective, you can always do that too. Just use the included universal monitor clip to mount the P2V to any standard laptop screen or monitor.
There’s also a macro-mode setting, which lets users take close-up video or images from as close as 2″ (5cm) away. And at $69 it’s still quite affordable.
