Great idea for providing lighted numbers for your home identification. And it’s solar powered so savings on your electricity bill applies. Solar power LED lights come on at dusk and remain on ’till dawn. No wiring. No switches. No Timers. Mounting is simple with hardware included. You purchase the numbers you need and assemble your address accordingly. Using power from the sun, each letter stores power in an encased Ni-MH battery – included. At dusk the unit turns on automatically lighting two super-bright white LEDs. The lights run on the solar charged 700 mAh AAA Ni-MH battery for 8 to 10 hours. This may vary depending on the installation – such as in the shade. Directly sunlit locations are best for longest run-times. The numeral plate itself is spaced 1″ from the wall so that the LEDs light the background creating the effect of an eclipse – making the numbers easy to read both day and night The entire unit is sealed and completely weather resistant. Overall measurements: 6.125″ high x 3.5″ wide x 1.325″ deep. The laser-cut numerals themselves are 3.5″ high and cut into heavy 3/32″ anodized aluminum. Anodized Black or Anodized Silver finishes.
