The SKLZ Sport-Brella Umbrella Chair is a great gadget. This portable chair’s infinitely adjustable umbrella provides shelter from the sun regardless of its position. The umbrella attaches to either side of the backrest, rotates 360º, and tilts to block sun, rain, or wind from any direction. The canopy blocks 99.7% of the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays for a UPF of 50+ – the highest possible rating. The chair has an integrated cup holder and a removable pouch, and the entire unit folds to fit in the included shoulder bag. The chair’s frame and the umbrella pole and ribs are made from weather-resistant powder-coated steel. Supports up to 300 lbs.

I know of a chair that carries like a backpack. It is called the SherpaChair. It is quite interesting in that you can easily take a chair with you as when it is folded the chair is three inches thick and is lightweight. It even has a drink-holder too–very practical!
