If you ever find yourself wishing that fool in the lane next to you could actually sense your frustration, this funky car accessory might be the ticket.
The Drivemocion is an LED sign you mount to your vehicle and has built-in messages (aka “emocions”) that tell other motorists exactly how you’d rate their driving skills.
The messaging part of the widget attaches to the inside of your rear car window via a suction cup. It’s operated by a remote control that can be stored in a front compartment or attached to the front windshield.
The original Drivemocion comes with several messages (including Thanks, Back Off and Smiley face), but animated and slightly more R-rated versions are also available. The unit is battery-powered, and batteries can last up to 4 months, depending on usage.

Ok, so maybe you don’t look like Daniel Craig, but you can certainly act like him in this über-cool Bond-like contraption. The Cardok is a smart, space-saving parking solution that’s been spotted on the streets of London and uses a hydraulic lift to raise and lower your vehicle.
At the touch of an electronic key fob, you can safely stow away your precious Beemer or pop out onto the scene in a flash. In some cases, it’s even helped to reduce the car insurance premiums of those lucky enough (or fabulously wealthy enough) to own one. To date, 8 units have been built, 4 are in production and 10 are on order – with a reported 4 month waiting list to boot.
Now, before you start whipping out your plastic, keep in mind that the lift takes 10 weeks to build and can cost upwards of $61,181 depending on the version you choose. If you want the added convenience of another car parked on top, make that close to $72,816 or a whopping £50,000(ish) pounds. Yikes.
And you thought downtown parking was expensive.

Welcome to the next level of extreme skateboarding. Scarpar, an Australian company has developed an adrenaline pumping, off-road riding powerboard that can be used in all terrains (grassy lawns, beaches, forests) and all weather.
With the target speed of 35mph (60kmh) for the first release you may also need to invest in heavy duty underwear as this baby may scare the wits out of you on the first run.
An engine powers both tracks. Brakes and acceleration are via a hand controller. The specifics of the vehicle’s design (tracks, steering geometry, construction, drive line, etc) are the subject of current and future patents.
The only thing missing from this device is that it is still in development. It is anticipated that you will be able to purchase one through your local powersports dealer in 2010.
Specifications
- 4 stroke engine from a tier one vendor
- Target speed is 35mph (60kmh) for the first release product
- Gas consumption: Aiming for a minimum of 20 miles (32km) per tank
- Target maximum weight is around 230lbs (110kg)

The Tire Step gives the vertically challenged (myself included) the ability to reach that hard to get to cargo area on the roof of your car, SUV or even the RV. I usually try to step on the tire and balance myself but, this isn’t safe and I’ve fallen once or twice. The adjustable tire step folds out in seconds and give you the security you need. Just place it over the wheel and step up (Holds up to 400 lbs.). It will help you load the bags, bikes, surf boards, etc… The tire step could also be used to help you reach under the hood or even clean the windshield. A great gift for the guy that has everything.
Highlights:
- Installs in Seconds
- Adjustable Step for SUV’s and Trucks
- Folds Flat For Easy Storage
- Storage Bag Included
- Anti-Skid Surface

- Reads tire pressures from 5-99 PSI (in 1/2 lb units)
- Permanent lifetime lithium battery, turns off and on automatically
- Rugged ABS construction
