Just when you thought you’ve seen it all when it comes to grill accessories… a new, crazy one comes out. If, for some reason, you want your meatballs to taste like grilled hamburger meat, then the Meatball Grill Basket is for you. The stainless steel basket has space for 12 meatballs and has open holes that allow for fat drain and smoke soaking. It’s very simple to use as well. It opens up for loading and unloading the food, while the long handle makes it easy to flip. So, whatever food you like that’s shaped like a golf ball, the Meatball Grill Basket now makes it easy to grill with.

Recently wife purchased a computer system and along with the store threw in a “cheap” printer. What I have begun to realize is that nothing is free, or in my case really cheap.
The cost to consumers today for printing is not the printer itself, but the highly expensive print cartridges that seem to run out quite often. Many electronic companies are realizing this.
Dell has released a printer called the WasabiTM PZ310 Photo printer. In addition to being completely wireless (using Bluetooth technology), Dell advertises this printer as being Zero-Ink (i.e. no expensive ink cartridges are required).
The printer uses AmorphochromicTM Crystals inside ZINK PaperTM to produce the image. The only cons I see to the design is the available paper sizes are not large. Hopefully producing a Zero ink “photo” printer is only the first step to getting rid of those pesky and costly ink cartridges.
Specifications
- Eco friendly printer
- No ink
- Uses Bluetooth wireless technology
- Compact size
- Holds up to 12 sheets of adhesive-backed ZINK PaperTM
- Available in three colors: blue, pink and black
- Print speed: 55 seconds per print
- Average battery life: 15 prints per charge
- Automatic reprint button
- Happy/Sad LED icons
- Automatic power save mode

If your like me and your tired of spending money on batteries for yet another remote control, then the “Shake Control” is the device for you.
As indicated by its name, this remote control is powered by simply shaking the remote control. When the remote control is shaken, electromagnetic induction generates a 20-30mA current. Shaking the controller not only generates electricity but also controls the channels, on/off switch, the volume and other menus.
I am well known as the “zapper” in my house because of my rapid channel changing. Based on the amount of shaking I will have to do to change the channels, I expect that this device will add a lot of muscle to my arms.
Specifications
- Eco friendly, green concept
- Batteries: none
- Power: generated by a moving magnet within a coil
- Designers: Lee Sung Hoon, Kang Sooyeon, Cho Eun Bee, Lee Junehwa and Kim Jean
- Availability: unknown, concept design

This weekend I went to a festival and had the horrible experience of having to use one of the portable toilets. The smell and lack of hygiene almost knocked me unconscious.
Designer Young Sang Eun from Milan Italy has put together a high tech “ultimate clean toilet” that will have us saying bye bye to dirty public washrooms.
The “ultimate clean toilet” has two-way system. The one is urinal part and the another one is toilet part which is great for males and females. Simply press a button to select the configuration that meets your needs.
It also has an inbuilt hot system and UV light system inside which will help with the sterilization once it has been used.

If you suffer from acid reflux, heartburn or simply have a sensitive stomach, the Hourglass Coffee Brewer can help take the sting out of coffee.
The coffee is cold brewed, which means it contains 69.6% less acid than regular hot-brewed coffee and produces a taste that isn’t as bitter.
You don’t need electricity to use this coffee maker, but you do need a bit of patience, as there’s 6 pieces to this appliance and a bit of legwork involved.
1. Add coffee grounds to the stainless steel filter
2. Put the brewing chamber over the filter and fill with water
3. Attach the carafe and let steep for 12 hours (longer for stronger coffee)
4. After steeping, flip the hourglass over and the concentrate will drain into the extract chamber
5. Mix a bit of the extract with hot milk, cream or water to make hot coffee or enjoy cold
A few other benefits:
Stainless steel filter means no extra paper filters to buySpill and shatter-proof, made from BPA-free plasticExtract can remain in the carafe in the fridge for up to 2 weeksProduces 16 ounces of extract, enough to make eight 8-ounce drinksGrounds can be brewed twice, saving money in the long runI’m glad I don’t have to go to such lengths to enjoy a cup of coffee, but for those who simply can’t stomach regular java, it’s certainly a great way to enjoy coffee again.
