The T-fal ActiFry is part of the Nutritious & Delicious Series of T-Fal products, designed to shake up the way we prepare our favorite meals.

The unique selling feature of the ActiFry is that it cooks food in a healthier way but still retains the same flavors and textures we’ve come to expect from our favorite eats.

Take fries for example. The appliance features a unique patented technology that combines a heating system and stirring paddle to somehow cook up tasty homemade fries with just 1 tablespoon of oil!

That means 1 spoonful of oil in the ActiFry can cook up to 2 pounds of french fries – enough to feed a family of four. I know, hard to believe!

That equates to one french fry with only 3% fat content in the ActiFry vs. up to 18% fat in a fry prepared the traditional way. Mind you, you have to use good oil of course (like olive or canola), to achieve those low-cal results.
