2008 Philadelphia Flower Show

“Jazz It Up!”

March 2 to March 9, 2008 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center

This years Philadelphia Flower Show theme is from the Roaring ’20s to New Orleans’ French Quarter:

“Jazz It Up will celebrate the birthplace of jazz and much more, as exhibitors take gardening to the next level with pumped-up versions of New Orleans walled courtyards, cast iron balconies, fountains and canals. If you like music, there will also be the toe-tapping sounds of great Jazz legends.”

Though I enjoy this event ever year, this year was a little better for me. Unique displays and lots of color this year. They also spread the displays out more to improve the funnel of traffic. This made viewing and taking pictures much more enjoyable.
