Induction Cooktops

Induction cooktop technology has been around for a while now, but most of its application are in the commercial environment rather in the household. Recently, it’s getting more affordable and taking more notice from the consumers. There many benefits of using a induction cooktop over a conventional/tradition cooktop like Gas, Electric or Halogen. Here are a couple of sites that give more detail on the induction cooktop technology.

I’m thinking of replacing our very old electric cooktop (coil). We don’t have natural gas in our neighborhood, therefore, we’re limited to a electric cooktop. We cook very frequently at home and we love to cook with natural gas. The closest features to natural gas cooking is induction cooking technology.
